Honestly the last time I think that my opinion really mattered was when I was interviewing for a job at New York & Co. The manager asked me many questions that I needed to answer and depending on the answers I gave she decided whether to hire me or not. I really can't remember a time other then that which when I think about it is probably pretty sad. It seems as though since I am a teenager that my opinion really has no place. The only opinions that really matter in our society are that of adults who hold power.
Lately I have been very worn out because of lack of sleep and it is really starting to catch up to me. Last night I got about three hours of sleep and today I have class from 8-2 and work at 3. At least tomorrow I have no class due to my professor being gone at a conference. I am sure that I will sleep the whole day!
So this weekend is our first rugby match for spring season and I am pretty nervous because I hold a new position then I did last semester. My new position handles the ball a lot more and is actually in the game a lot more. Yesterday at practice we worked on tackling and I got my head slammed on the ground. I have had a very bad head ache since then but I hope it is nothing too serious. We leave on Friday to drive to Wayne Nebraska then we play on Saturday and Sunday. It should be a lot of fun because there are 60 teams that will be there, even people all the way from Texas. I guess the girls on the team from Texas are huge which kind of scares me a little bit because we have not dealt with that many huge girls yet this year.
